So I just saw after finally deciding to poke around TiTS again that the browser version is only playable on IE now, and I was stupid enough not to grab a backup of my latest save before leaving town the other computer was in. Is there a way I can retrieve my Firefox saves whenever I get back or am I just boned on this front and have to start from scratch (or a save I can't remember where I progressed to)?
I honestly have no idea why that message is there. It still works fine for me on Firefox.
What I could find suggests Flash saves are in the same place regardless of browser.
Users\Shura\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#Shared Objects\stringofnumbersandletters\#localWithNet
Stand-alone Flash players save in \localhost instead.
You have to enable Flash on Firefox, I think. It won't play automatically.
Did some quick testing. I can play from the website, but not the downloaded version.
Edit: Firefox could not see my IE saves. Made a new save and am now searching for it.
Edit2: Saves from the website version seem to be in \stringofnumbersandletters\www. fenoxo.com

I am pretty sure TitsEd is able to grap saves cross-browser/Air. So while I have no idea what you have done to your firefox, TitsEd shoul be able to take the save and then save it back as a file or into Air.
It happened because I saw on the main site that the browser version only opens on Internet Explorer and it freaked me out a bit. Especially since my saves aren’t on the computer I have atm.

I haven’t updated Firefox of course during that time so maybe I still have the version that can run Flash. But glad to know at least TiTSEd can probably still grsb it for me if all else fails.
Ugh, that's the worst. If I had a nickel for every hour of gameplay I've missed because I couldn't remember where I was or what I was supposed to be doing after taking a six month break from games like Skyrim, I'd be a zillionaire.
Yeah, that's the message I'm talking about. Pretty sure I'm on the latest version of Firefox and Flash still works fine.
Checking the code, it seems it only goes down if you win against her in battle, in which case it goes down to 1, no matter what. There's also a mechanic where the higher your addiction level is, (and the lower your willpower is, but this affects it less) the higher chance for you to automatically Submit without the chance to fight her and win. However, with the current max willpower of 50 (i think?) and your current Lumi addiction level of 95, you will automatically submit every time. I don't know how you have an addiction level of 95 though, since the way it's coded should max you out at 50 whenever your Lumi addiction level is changed.
Actually, scratch that, I'm regaining Ditz Speech from the large passage of time
...at least I get a good ending out of it

Been playing around after being away for a while, and have one question regarding the Kiro quest. I was trying to get her transformation to a specific point, and I read here on the forum that the timer is not supposed to move while inside the quest area, but I just got a message from Po between fights with the fuckdolls. So I don't know if that's a glitch or that person was just wrong.
That person was wrong, several of Po's messages even have variants specifically for if you're currently on her ship or not.
You either gotta unlock it as a sub, be filthy goddamn rich when you ask about specialized TFs, or have high intelligence when asking
You have to convince her to show you her full inventory. Have more than 90K credits or 75% Intelligence, then select TFs?

When the New Texas episode was retconned into giving her Bovinium instead of the Treatment, her encounter was removed as well since it relied on her being Treated. I don't know when that was, but before that, she could be encountered somewhere in Myrellion's caves after watching at least one of her episodes. Steele could give her advice on how to handle her work, and she could give them an autograph if they asked. The whole thing is still in the source code, if you want to read it.
First, you have to understand what happened before you could meet Steph Irson. On the New Texas episode, instead of Bovium or whatever the hell she was injected with, it was the Treatment. That lead to a big fuss that killed Savin's interest in waifuing Steph. As for the encounter with Steph, it was based on Myryellion and Steele could encourage her to stay with her show or get into straight up porno.
As for the version, I'm sure it was pre 0.7.85. Sorry I don't have a more exatct version for ya.

Thank you! Very interesting. It’s a pity that I’m not so good at code to find her former whereabouts in the game. Knowing the exact location, it would be easier for me to scroll through the versions I have, find her and see everything more clearly than in the code...

from what the wiki says, she'd be found in the No Myr's Land, so that at least reduces the search area

Thank you. A quick check on several versions of 0.6.xx and 0.7.xx (From 0.6.40 to 0.7.73), alas, did not work. Maybe you know in which version she was exactly and in which she was definitely not already?
UPDATE. Ah, I launched version 0.6.1 and found her at the specified point. Help is no longer needed, "thank you" again all answered.
