Orgasms happen whenever the pc.orgasm() function is called, which is usually at the end of a scene. Ejaculation occurs as part of pc.orgasm(), getting milked is a separate function, and regenerating milk/cum occurs naturally over time. Adding the ability to use Salty Jawbreakers between scenes is technically possible, but you'd have to do it for each individual scene, which would be way too much effort to be worth it.
