Game play wise or as personal preference? I think the Hardlight Anti-Gravity Thong has the highest sexiness bonus for lower garments. Leather Harness for upper body.

As for my personal opinion... Corny T-Shirt and Male Tights for a masculine Steele and Underbust Corset with Stockings and Panties for feminin Steeles.

It's a targeted fluid production reduction TF. It works for reducing the wetness of orifices as well as semen/milk production.

Edit: It can also reduce muscle tone and the size of whatever body part it's applied to.
