I see you went and meemed your storage maximums. But you probably did that for all your saves, right?

Have you tried other saves from mobile to desktop? Is it just this one that causes problems? Is there a specific error message, or does the program just hang or crash?

You have to 'Use' the items first. Posters will be added to your collection, then you can place them with the Decorations button. Dong Designer et. al. will be installed. The 'Installations' button is for using them afterward.
