There really isn't one. There are some options, though.
1. Go to the Tavros Apartment and use 'Maternity Wait'.
2. Use the
Cheat Menu to put a
Small Blue Egg in your inventory and turn on Infinite Item Use, then use the Egg until you're due.
3. Equip the
Thraggen Harness to eliminate the Bulky Belly penalties.
4. Save to File, open it with a Text Editor and try to find the pregnancy and set it's remaining time to some low number. (I'm not sure if either of the Save Editors can modify an ongoing Pregnancy.)
Or is this not about an existing pregnancy?
Start-5's Editor lists it under Stats: Incubation (Mother).
