Desperation gives +7% Crit Chance if Steele is below 50%. Die Another Day restores 25% of Steele's maximum Health when Steele drops below 50%, possibly requiring Steele to be hit another time to qualify for Desperation. Suggestion: < 50% OR 'Die Another Day used' status.

I don't think so, but there's nothing stopping you from removing it afterward. (If you remove it during, it will grow back.)

Seems to be working for me for both normal and bimbo. It is a little awkward that you can only tell her to Stay via Interacting in the Inventory and Back goes to the Inventory, which you then have close out of.

I can confirm it appears for Male and Female Steeles. Does not appear with the Hardlight Taur or Naga Suits, as intended.

It's possible the save has been corrupted. Do you have access to a PC to try and load it? Can start-5's Save Editor load it? Can you open it with a text editor? If you can't test any of those yourself, you could try upload it here, so one of us could look at it.
