Desperation gives +7% Crit Chance if Steele is below 50%. Die Another Day restores 25% of Steele's maximum Health when Steele drops below 50%, possibly requiring Steele to be hit another time to qualify for Desperation. Suggestion: < 50% OR 'Die Another Day used' status.

Seems to be working for me for both normal and bimbo. It is a little awkward that you can only tell her to Stay via Interacting in the Inventory and Back goes to the Inventory, which you then have close out of.

I can confirm it appears for Male and Female Steeles. Does not appear with the Hardlight Taur or Naga Suits, as intended.

I don't know how many have played with that Perk. I certainly haven't. Looking at the code, it seems like you only get a notice if you're 'Thirsty', but anything that gives you 'Orally-Filled' should work. It may also be that some scenes aren't properly set up to satisfy it. You might think...
