I can't seem to replicate this on my end. I suppose, just make sure the "Disable Keystroke Repeat" (in the Controls menu) is on. This should (hopefully) prevent the keyboard from triggering multiple actions when a key is held down. Otherwise, I'm not exactly sure what is causing the issue...

Hopefully fixed for the next release. If Kiro is already a crew member or is a bimbo, she should no longer trigger that scene and prevent flight. The scene was intended for a recruited but not yet crew-Kiro and attempting to use her ship without her onboard.

Hopefully fixed for the next release. This scene appears to only parse for vaginas, so I'll assume it's a vagina-only scene. There is also another scene that parses for genitals as well, so I've gated both scenes to only add to the randomized list if the respective genitals exist.
