    Miko & Mai were a pair of foxgirls I wrote in CoC1; they were Helia's drinking buddies in town. Fen wrote them as minor NPCs in TiTS, just a shoutout really. Then Tobs made them waifus in CoC2.

    You will get an invitation from the palace and then a carriage will drive you there. Once you're there, there's a Waystone in the courtyard you can flip on to come and go as you please.

    No. It'll likely be 13, since the only thing left in the MSQ is the final area/dungeon/bosses. Maybe somehow 15 if there's any side content added afterwards, but if it goes higher than 13 there's currently no design documentation for it.
