Logistics Officer fits better than Cargo Master. It's more professional, which fits Kase's personality better, and more accurate, since Steele's ship doesn't even carry cargo in the first place. Also, Anno is clearly the ship's merchant. She has the best buy/sell prices in the game.

Short answer: Resolve doesn't actually decrease Libido, it's just that increasing Resolve necessarily means decreasing Sexiness, resulting in an overall lower Libido. Sexiness is also more important than Libido for damage from Tease attacks, so more Sexiness always means more tease damage.

It's theoretically possible, but you'd have to manually rework almost every single transformative in the entire game, which is no small task.
