Does gender change the dialog?

I started the game as a Male, but somehow got turned into a female in game .. no idea how haha. Was thinking of starting over as a male again but is it worth it or is there no change in text with the gender?

There's basically no change in the DIALOGUE but the sex scenes are vastly different depending on your genital arrangement or lack thereof.

You can also use TFs to change most aspects of your appearance, including sex, apparent gender and race. That's the second biggest part of the game after all the sex scenes.
