Both of those would be providing gameplay incentives for a (non-soulbinding) TF which isn't the kind of things the devs want to encourage, even if it's just some kind of numbers game for 'what's the absolute shortest in-game time it takes to reach [X]?' and not a combat advantage.

I imagine the main reason you can't do this is that your portrait has to be saved within the file itself (as it's not part of the persistent game data) which is why there are restrictions on the file size you can upload, and adding a full-body image would really bloat the save. I don't know...

Tobs has said that it's beyond the scope of the game, which canonically takes place over a handful of months. If it makes you feel any better, whether it's directly addressed in an ending slide or not you can safely headcanon that your Champ learns it at some point after their quest is done.
