There was.  Ordinary spoiler tags used to work but now they just disappear.  Old spoiler tags seem to have been replaced, I'll keep messing with this to see if I can figure it out. Nothing I've tried seems to work.

I literally just used ctrl+F5, and the words I'm typing right now are a nearly invisible grey against this white background.

Are there rules to this?  Do we play for 24 hours total or just 1 day in general?  Do we have to eat/drink everything we find?

Using the "Mark everything as read" button seemed to help with the randomly highlighted threads.  The grey text while typing is something of a nuisance though.

Sorry, haven't actually done that path yet.  I just went looking for a walkthrough in the blog comments during the Live Update before I realized that only applied to patrons. Those encounters are the only way to gain new spells once you've unlocked that spell class.  They're a lot more useful...

This thread is the first I've ever heard of Defiler Wings so I have no idea.  The last post on the Hongfire thread is from 2008, but the last edit to the OP (adding a fully translated version) was done in 2015.  If there is any development still going on it's bound to be fairly minor.
