Basically, you can find all the scenes by searching for every point in which the code checks to see if you have a knot. You just have to put pc.hasKnot() in the search bar on the github repository.

It's a conditional statement along with the search page shortcut. Every scene that has knotting will have that statement. Although, github basically has a built in ctrl+f for entire repositories which would be easier.

You could always use the McAllistor, Haswell, or Lessau quests instead. All three are TF related and seem more related to the doctor's work than the mercantile side of things.

I think that as they as described that they are far enough removed from mythical vampires for Fen's approval. Take out every mention of vampires and you just have albino shapeshifters. Although, removing the unbirthing and sending Fen a PM would be the best way for them to get an answer.

Nope, Gryvain and dragon scores are altogether different things. It's like the difference between canine and Ausar. The dragon stuff is just saved from CoC for future use. You'll find a lot of racial scores that aren't actually implemented while save editing.
