The official CoC isn't getting updated, it's been stamped finished, so it's unlikely (that's probably an understatement) that you're going to get your wish.
I don't even know how you get a 0.5 looseness. I wasn't aware of anything that forcibly tightened assholes. There isn't anything in-game that is supposed to limit the looseness of orifices either, so I would just suggest editing the variable in TiTSEd.
Nothing at the moment, the kids just go to the nursery. Doing that might have some effect when Nonesuch gets around to that xpac, but that's a ways off yet.
It's a small project that would make it easier to get familiar with the game, and although it doesn't add much, it does add an way of picking up some cash that doesn't involve beating mobs over the head.
The code running the Terran Treats doesn't check for gills. I don't think any TF, except for Shark Bites of course, checks if the player has gills or not.
The femininity is less about how Steele acts and more about how they look to someone else, so masturbating to some panties really shouldn't change that.
The last thread got locked because it's just not going to happen. This thread is going to be locked because it's just not going to happen. It has nothing to do with whether you are willing to code it or not.
Someone's doing correctly! You even set up the doc correctly! Hallelujah!
I would suggest adding a line or two of Steele wondering who the heck is sending them this invitation, and then proceeding to not find anything when they scour the extranet. Also, you're spelling the PC's name like...
It'll be curable at any medical unit, they search for any disease, not just SSTDs, and you're supposed to be able to avoid what gives you the disease completely and rather easily.
I would argue that Poe A is actually a completely forced TF as if you didn't read the patch notes for it when it was released, you would have no idea that would have to pick a TF, no matter what you do after you press its button in the flight menu.
