I think the one thing I'd like to see would be gender neutral pronouns for Steele. I know doing so properly would involve editing every single line a gendered pronoun is used, and I have no idea what it'd be like for using other terms like "boy", but I'd honestly take "they says" over nothing. Maybe the gendered terms could be randomized?

Fortunately that's not how it's programmed. By that I mean when the game wants to refer to your character, it doesn't have to literally specify through the main text every single time. Instead your save file will have your gender/pronouns saved as an individual bit of code, and anytime the game wants to show your gender/pronoun, it simply refers to that bit of code. So while nothing in coding is ever "easy" this implementation would be nowhere near that tedious.
Oh no, I don't mean the implementation of the gender would be hard, I meant the changing the words that aren't the pronouns would be hard because there's no automatic way to do it, I think. For example the line "if he/she wants to do that, that's her decision" for gender neutral would need to read "if they want to do that, that's their decision" without an s and finding every line that needs that switch would be a lot of work.
There's a decent chance that the code could have variables for more than just the pronoun by itself, but also the accompanying words. If so, then it would be the same fix. Of course I don't actually know so that's just a hail mary hope
I'd love for there to actually be a willing bimboification scene that doesn't involve you letting someone get a bad end? Like, Kiro, Penny, & Mitzi all become bimbos pretty unwillingly at the hands of an enemy. I'd love for there to be a scene that's has the player encounter someone that, quite willingly, wants to be a bimbo and asks the MC to either transform them or watch as they're turning into their true bimbo self. There may already be content like this, but I'm somewhat confident that there really isn't.

There is, but it's only implemented in generic combat text blurbs; all the regular text is written assuming you're a "he" or a "she", and for custom pronouns to work you'd have to go over literally every single scene in the game and change them all to account for that. Needless to say, that's not exactly viable this late into development.
What about a cybernetic implant which can allow you to switch between being a biped or a quadruped at will? The implant can only be used by players with two legs and it work in the way that if you decide to go centaur mode you cybernetics implants unfold and you are now a centaur, then if you decide you want to be a biped you can deactivate the implant the fold back up and your back to being a biped again.
A way to get a chitinous corset, like what the myr and nyrea have.

I did get pitched on a commission where you do a mission with a rough, tough female merc, and then afterwards with the payday she asks you to bimbofy her as a form of retirement. It was interesting, but realistically I'll never get around to pursuing it.

Bimbo and cumslut are too different routes for Penny. The one you mentioned is different from the bimbo route.
I would love an option to change the clock from 24hr military time to a 12hr format instead. Trying to mentally math out the conversion every single time I look at it gets really old really quickly.

A Dread Lord of the Black Void; she's the main antagonist for Saendra's storyline in this game and the final boss in The Silence (part of Kara's backstory).
There seriously isn't an option for that...? I just triple checked every Option tab and I saw nothing and google seems allergic to the idea of "trials in tainted space 12 hour clock" and just spits the exhibition wiki page at me and someone asking about resting times

That's actually a shame, because Kara's story basically just stops, in a way that's pretty unsatisfying and makes engaging with her not feel like it was really worth it if that's all there is. I think she and Saendra would have both been better off as a single character, although that would have required TiTS to be built spine-->out so that events could be evenly spaced all along the progression instead of front-->back.
