Zhara Recruitment???

I'm trying to figure out the ways to recruit Zhara to the wayfort, I'm playing the backer version, and I already did all the related upgrades for the wayfort, and I have not kicked her out of my bed not once, i'm not sure what to do, can some one tell me the requirements to recruit her or get her to show up in the wayfort??!!!

From the patch notes:

If you have helped Shar move to her tower, finished the Cloister quest, renovated the Wayfort, and never kicked Zhara out of your bed when she’s approached you, she and her goons will approach you about moving into the Wayfort.
