Berwyn is a dude. But, hmmm, let's count all dick gainers and loosers to see who comes on top.

Gainers: Liufr (male herm), Kari, Alante, Agni
Loosers: Berwyn, Brint (into Brienne), Erika, Sandre & Caera, Meira, Keros (into his female form)
Either way: Lyric,
Temporarly gainers: Horse shaman (loss scene), Viv (demon form),
Temporarly loosers: Kas in her many scenes

I may have missed some. Some may not count Brint into Brienne and but I feel like the appeals match (appeal to straight man fantasy).

So, by the looks of it, we have more NPCs that loose dick permanetly then the ones that gain it, with one of scenes somewhat evening the odds.

Imo Brint to Brienne is more valid than Keros. He should go to temp Loosers. + Sandre & Caera. They are demons, they shapeshift. Temp loosers as well. Meira kinda too? So temp gain/loss (man it's pity that CoC 2 don't have Lilith Throne sistem for shapeshifting).
Meaning only whiole 3 of mentioned by you chars lose permanently. Berwyn, Brint and Erika. One don't want it from start, other 2 are fine either way.

Yep Keros should, just fat fingered him.
SaC loose it permenetly. So does Meira. They could grow them back, but the game treats it as permament.

Well it do work for "there is never an option to remove a dick from a girl!" statement, but it's not actually lorewise permanent, since shapeshifting they have access to.

It is permement for all intents and purposes. After all, by that logic, no character can permanetly loose their junk. Berwyn could still regrow it, so could brienne, Kari and Agni could loose theirs, so on and so on.

It's more about ease they can do so. Also didn't Berwyn have talk about aether change being different from alchemic change? But it was ages I did any content with Wynna with there being zero reasons to interact with our extradimensional Fortress.

Pity.

Honestly, that whole thing was an exercise in questionable game design choices. But maybe it wouldn't have been necessary if the dude who made Berwynn hadn't been unreliable.

Kind of the problem of relying on user generated content, you gonna get people like that. Great author, but people gonna people. Not gonna say any more on that because I can't find a way to word it without it sounding like talking ill of them. I'm just happy we have author's like B who are willing to pick up orphaned characters and build upon them now and then.
