I wouldn't be quite so sure.
If there's text that suggests she could be dommed then I hope content for that happens eventually. In general if there's text suggesting content can happen, it's sad when it doesn't. I guess I can make an exception for the scene about Brienne's fantasy involving all three of them since I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be patreon compliant but aside from that.
If it comes to fruition, I do hope that doming her would also involve champion power-bottoming.
If it does happen, I wanna fix her attitude, and make her a loving futa wife, and melt that ice cold heart of hers, and make her into a sort of mommy dommy, persona instead of a rough dom, with a cold heart, lol.

Yeah like previously, the Vatia/Brienne threesome had Brienne telling Vatia she'd look nice pregnant and Vatia saying that'd be nice. It would've been really lame if we didn't get Vatia pregnancy content after that. Stuff like that where content is foreshadowed by comments but then doesn't happen. Part of why I want Kura preg so much, she literally asks for it. This isn't exclusive to sexual content, if there isn't a scene of Serena and the schoolkids cheering in the stands if you wear the purple cape that'll also be sad.

The champ going full lobotomite in any post arena interactions with Octavia is jarring as hell and her attitude is just bizarre considering that she just got her ass beat. There is a difference between hard dom and delusional idiot, which is especially jarring when the champ can't even properly tell her to fuck off.
Also I don't really see the pont of Brienne's comment about her if that sort of content was never planned. Rather than writing half a dozen dommy horsecock futas just two or so who feel like proper character with real interactive content would be nice.

Is it a major comment or something? Arona also has comments in her throne room sex scenes about how her dick is useless and how she should just loose it. Brienne, as champ obssesed freak, would of course stand for them. So I am not really that convinced that it implies anything major without someone actually posting the scene.
It is all matter of context.
Do you not need to opt into her content from what I am gathered. After you beat her, are you not are free to ignore her?

There's the great general desire to dom her, Brienne's comment only emboldens the flame of ambition, but the interest is already there regardless.
I have yet to try that content, but there is one thing I wonder about:

That reminds me of an actual gripe I have with the game. Or rather two.
Firstly, there is a new character I read about which has a rather unfortunate name (for me): Oma. In my native language, German, that term is usually used to address your grandmother (the colloquial/familiar alternative to Grandmother). Which is kinda ..distracting..
The other word that I stumbled upon (tho less often than in CoC1) would be "Omnibus". Which is not a term for a hermaphrodite Succubus/Incubus but a vehicle for transportation, usually shortened to "Bus".
Interestingly, when I actually tried to find a better term I learned the meaning of the two words: Incubus means "to lie upon" and Succubus means "to lie beneath". So, if you are getting railed by Kas she is an Incubus, if you top her she is a Succubus. I also read that the two terms actually refer to the same (not-gendered) being, which just adapt to the gender of the victim.
