This question is actually unanswerable for me even when I was young, almost every show from cartoon to live action... always had 1 character that I had perverted thoughts about.

Most of the time it was enemy creatures in games, harpies, lamias, succubi, and other monster girls. There was always a thing early on where I'd want to just let myself be defeated by them since they made me feel strange in a way that other things never did. One of the earliest examples I can think of were the madragoras in Tales of Symphonia.

Absolutely understandable. Who could ever resist this?
If I remember right, my intro to lamias was in Final Fantasy 1+2 on the GBA. Harpies were introduced in Warcraft 3, though I might have owned Castlevania Circle of the moon before it (note that doesn't compare to a custom harpy race). I later found games that let you control the monster too, like Symphonia 2 and Disgaea, which would almost always lead to teams of monster girls and dragons for me. Since I have a thing for making women powerful, it was quite satisfying to level them up. The one other big kink I'd often look for in games was transformations, either for the power fantasy or because it was a way to play as monster girls again.

There was a little furry stuff, but that was never really my thing. They're basically just regular people for me.

I am loving the upswing in new monster girl stuff after the Monster Girl Encyclopedia. My decent into porndom basically started reading that and some fanfics based on it.

me too, I'd always try to keep the mandrakes alive until the end. Star Ocean: Til the End of Time introduced me to Succubi and I'd fight the all Succubus team in the coliseum over and over letting them charm my whole team, fantasizing about that happening me

Huh, I'd considered bringing up the succubi in Star Ocean Last Hope, but decided against it. It wasn't my introduction to them, but was one of my favorite instances of them. The intro was the Castlevania games.

Oh god, there's too many. These were all from when I was like in single digits. I think my biggest ones were probably Himura Kenshin, Link, and Yue (Card Captor Sakura).
It was just this thing, I always just wanted a strong/cute boy to protect me and carry me around like some kind of princess.

Hmm... That's a toughie, actually. Tossup between Uther (Warcraft III) and Ashitaka (Princess Mononoke).

Guess I've always had a thing for guys who can fight.

Caska from berserk, she was really beautiful and badass
I adored her but my hearth was crushed with sadness on the last 2 episodes.

Poor caska T_T

Spoiler for the Manga:
She doesn't get better. Ever. On a vaguely positive note, she doesn't die either.

Oi! Don't jinx it! I trust in Danann and I want to think Casca'll be healed and ram the Dragonslayer up Femto's butt one day.

I have no idea, to be honest. I was smitten with a lot of fictional girls as a kid, so I'm not sure which would have been the first. I know I liked Lilymon when I was little, but there may have been others. I know which one I was head over heels for first, though. It was Raven from the Teen Titans. She was interesting, smart, cute, and made me laugh with her sarcastic wit. I'm no longer as smitten with her as I was, but I still like her a fair bit.

There was an episode of Xena Warrior princess where they fought an Arachne lady.
She killed one of the pirates/mercenaries by making out with him?
I was in 2nd grade when it affected my thoughts on the opposite gender...
They needed a different channel for that show than the Sci-fi channel. xD

youmu konpaku was my first, mostly due to the doujin by avion village " welcome to gensokyo, touhou red light district", being my very first introduction to hentai, AND Touhou in general. Since then Youmu is still a favorite, but Aya and shikieiki are tied for third favorite waifu of all time. Second being Mai Natsume from Blazblue, and first being Sendai from kantai collection, Sendai is also a part of my favorite NSFW art of all time.

I believe Jessica Rabbit was the first, but that's kind of a given. So, following that iconic lady would be: Sailor Jupiter. And a short list from a few different things... From Blizzard Entertainment: the Windrunner sisters and Sarah Kerrigan. Live action would be: Xena, Princess Leia and Faith Lehane from Buffy. From the Final Fantasy saga would be Lulu, General Curilla and Fran. I can't leave out Halo, so... Cortana.

The first one that I can remember at least was probably starfire and raven from the old teen titans.

Oh, wow. This is a tough one - I'd have to say my first fantasy crush was actually Medli from the Wind Waker. What can I say, I like birds.

Granted, it was more of a 'this character is awesome!' than an actual crush, because I was young at the time.

I had a thing for Krystal from Star Fox when I was younger...then definitively Samus (no armor), then Cortana...yeah. For some reason, the color blue really does it for me...dunno why.

Edit: Raven too. I liked her mysterious aura...and that awesome cloak...

Akane Tendo from Ranma 1/2. Had a huge crush on her when I was like 13, Ranma was one of the first manga I read. I think it's why I have such a predilection for tsunderes now.

I kinda had a thing for Akane as well as Shampoo, but my first love goes out to... Well, as my name would suggest. Both versions by the way, just in case anyone was wondering.

Edit: Oh, and I just thought of someone else, Sarah Kerrigan, both normal and infected, from the original (and best) Starcraft game.

Gosh, I think I am starting to understand why I like red heads so much now.

This might sound crazy but my first fantasy girl/creature crush was the snake Kaa from The Jungle Book (yes, the cartoon version). I had a constant dream where she would wrap herself around me, carefully choking me...then release me a bit...then choking me again. And I think I loved it.

The 2nd crush was a girl named konoko from a game called Oni. I don't know if someone knows it. But, yeah, I still would say Kaa if I had the choice :D

The original cartoon version was male, actually. They changed Kaa to a female in the recent live action one.
