Wulfe Save Edit

I'm trying to use the save editor to change wulfe to her bimbo form but I've already locked up Dr. Badger. How would I go about using the save editor to either change Wulfe's form or reset the Dr. Badger quest?

It's easier to use the cheat menu:

"Doctor Badger Menu": Activate.
Ok, Next,
"Dr.Badger"
"Status:Jailed"->"Status:Active", possibly "INT:Bimbo"->"INT:Normal".
Back,
Exit.
Badger is badgering back in action.

Spoiler: Siegwulfe Flags

I'd also tell you which flags you'd need to change to turn Siegwulfe into bimbo/bimbodomme, but I never used them because I don't like them. Vanilla Sieg is so much better by every relevant metric. (The only relevant metric is my personal opinion.)
