D'aww, thanks.I was wondering why I kept getting likes on something I wrote a year ago that's been mostly dead since.
But I don't think the devs shot me down. They didn't even say anything about my actual work in the thread. I knew the shiplot wasn't going to be usable when I wrote it, I just had the idea and went with it. And Gedan made some great posts in that thread about what the ships will actually have. I'm still going to make those ships work with the actual ship stuff once that stuff happens.
