Hasn't the livestream been in game way longer than Tivf? Though I can't see any reasons that can't be made canon retroactively.

Ilaria did occur to me as Ms. Cupcake but the speech seems totally different to me. The name is pretty telling though.

Nothing springs to mind for any of the others, maybe they aren't all extant characters. I guess the only thing to do would be to ask the author?

I can't keep track of everyone, but aside from what SoAndSo said about Tivf, they're probably not anyone who's been added in the last year and a half.
