Where is Berwyn/Wynne?

I just finished Matiha's Revenge quest and I can't find him at the guest tab in Hawkethorne. Does anyone know where to find them?

In the tower. You can go directly to it via Waystone or have the tower come to you in a campsite. At the end of the quest, he says outright that he's moving out of the tavern.

I'm guessing you skipped all of that dialogue. Otherwise, you'd know.
