What "traditions" do you do on every character?

Before I make a save I do a wank in the shower to get rid of any... unwanted material... and reset my lust to zero. That way when I load up the save I can do whatever with minimal worry.
Save up money for lifetime pass at Ten-Ton Gym, proceed to max out all stats, THEN complete Mengha.
In my case, I visit Celise or Bess/n (which may also advance their story), then save the game.
- I always check mail immediately because my OCD can't handle the initial emails not appearing on day 1
- I train lust on Mengha, usually by Tarkus everything is high 70s at least
- Once I have level 5, I do Lanequest, then do ten ton while waiting on it.
- Lane gets my anal virginity. Cuz bee boys and cockroaches don't deserve it.
- I always subdue the Nyrean queen, reveal sister to Shade
- I don't do Kiro's distress unless I have enough int to fix her machine. Really, I don't sex her at all unless I want to go through Kally 3some stuff.
- I always do the initial stretch on version 7.28, so I can beat lash with horrible stats and no perks except second shot. Then I move to the new version.
-Powerlevel to max without spending any attribute points, never know when attribute training will be nerfed further...

I do the same (although I seldom have the patience to grind for that long, so I usually edit my save file to have +10,000 credits).
- I also only pick up 2 or 3 levelup perks by the time my PC is at maximum level (because if I can't have all the perks then what's the point lol ;A; I can't choose to save my life).
- Always become Sera's loyal sub... and then never get around to actually playing through Jarvis' party. Because it's so good that I like to play it whenever I want, so I never save after it. Poor Sera waits for months for Steele Jr to clear his busy adventuring-and-getting-laid schedule...
- For lust/loss based characters:
- choose male PC
- become a trap at Beth's
- take treatment at NT to become a bull
- take the trap treatment again
- work at the Brothel to your heart's content
- take ManUp (and sometimes other TF items) because I actually do not care for traps
- Congrats! PC is now a nymphomaniac twink with so much libido they'll lose at least 50% of their fights at low level
- for Tech Specs: always choose Drone Specialist
- Grey Goos on Tarkus are for grinding tease and farming healing items
- Always make the rival male (Jill the classic tsundere/himedere? Meh. Jack the spoiled and uptight rich brat? Makes me want to mess. Him. Up.) (And I mean messing him up in the fun, dicking down way, not in the "I have a murder boner for this asshole" way, or the "I want to break his mind until he can't even lace his shoes on his own and is completely slave to the pleasure my enormous ego can give him" mindbreak boner)
- And of course, the most time honored tradition of depraved, fluffy pink eeveelutions: Never Be a Dick to NPCs (although giving them the D is totally acceptable). Is it OCD? Probabably. Who cares? So no torture, no mindbreak, no kill, no rape

What are my "rituals"? Well of the top of my head it would be:
- Collect all the crewmembers.
- Read all the emails
- Use my level up bonus to max out Wisdom and anything that isn't Intelligence (which I can easily max out with Syri).
- Take Syri as my date to the Christmas Dorna party and blow her on our way there.
- Take the nice option with everyone, though I still always take the time to swear at my cousin when I run into them on Mhen'ga. (Doesn't apply to Taivra choice)
- Subdue Taivra and reveal my blood relationship to Shade (later on pick the "We can still bang" option with Shade on Uveto).
- Beat the Queen of the Deep in combat, then let her breed me by choice. (Would love to be able to do this again).
- Save Tarkus by raping the pirates into submission.
- Female Rival, Lane, and Bess, have never even tried the male version of two of them and from what I saw of male Lane I still found the female version better.
- Never lose a fight, I utterly refuse to be beaten, if I am I reload.
- Save scum my way to physical perfection.
- Whatever I start as I'll end up as a highly feminine futa with two dicks, one of which is a horse cock
- As a subrule here, I always try to get the golden version of the Vanae markings and some of their other features. (No tentacle skirt or tail though)
- Try to keep Tone maxed and Thickness down to around 25
- Olive skin with black scales/hair/fur
- Usually some dragon parts to fill in things (like the wings)
- Also a demonic tongue (Though I usually use the Raskvel one for the early game before I can afford to buy the demon one)
- Max out my alcohol tolerance.
- Knock up everyone I can at least once.
- To go with this, turn myself into the perfect breeder by supercharging my womb with mods
- If they ever add the option to do this for the Virility speed modifier, do my damnest to max that one out too.
- Kick Dr. Lash's ass, and make myself rich as all fuck, oh and donate money to everyone who needs it for whatever reason they might need it.
- Oh and try to get exhibitionist up to around 33-50, and keep it in that range.

I believe they're referring to training your tease attacks by using them repeatedly. Each of the four teases can be raised from 0 to 100, increasing the Lust damage dealt and opening up new lines of text.
