What game was that?

Trying to recall, maybe you can help.
It was a pixel art rpg on a custom engine. Levels (floors) were generated randomly and first enemies were lizard people, as I remember. You could create a character, male, female, different colors, etc. And character can become partially transformed into different creatures/animals when loosing fights.
Any ideas?
It had a thread here and was very active. I haven't checked it for a while, so was wondering what it evolved into or just died.

Sorry, I've missed the right location when created the thread. How do I move it? In Thread Tools there is only Edit Title and Add Poll.
