I had an idea for the space pirate encounters during space travel. So you know how after defeating them, you have the option to call the peacekeepers but if you keep doing so they end up being removed from the game?
So I was thinking, instead of completely removing them from the game why not have it where they get sent to Gastigoth. That way if you want to interact with them you can go there to do so. This could allow for new interactions with them and potential roads for a recruitment path for some of them, I know the Jumper Interceptor is William's work and is done so i am not suggesting a recruit option for them.
Out of the space pirates from ship battles I could see either the Star Viper pilot on account of how she is when she is seems reluctant when leaving your ship after you agree to take them with you. I could also either the Cyber Punk, the Gabilani Pirate or the Corona Lord pilot. The reason for the Cyber Punk pilot due to how she interacts with you when she is leaving your ship after defeating her. The Gabilani Pirate could be a case of you offering her a job to work with you, which may encourage her, but may need to negotiate with her on her fee. The reason for the Corona Lord Pilot is due to there not being much content with her unless you lose to her, and I wish there was a bit more content for her as either a potential crew mate, interactions with her if you win or as an npc at Gastigoth.
Also, I was thinking of a reset option for the space pirate encounters, in case you got them removed from the game, but decided you want them back in the game
