All true.
But, it's not like flying is ONLY restricted to a couple of races. They've tried to make it so that no race is better than any other.
That said: during the conversion to Javascript, when things were unstable enough I didn't want to risk my main Steele, I started a Lethian Steele, and rapidly decided that I didn't like the restrictions tauric characters have, and abandoned that Steele. So all races are NOT equal.
My problem with tails is they made a Zero-One-Infinity mistake: Steele really only has 2 options for tails: No tail, or one (collection of identical) tails. It would be cool if Steele could have a cyborg combat tail, a tail-dick, a tail-cunt (non-parasitic), and an ovipositor tail (to match my philosophy of a Swiss Army crotch).
I wasn't aware that this gets brought up so much. Judging by your memey comment, it must be a lot though. You're always a competent source when it comes to stuff that has ever been written or said on the forum or the discord server.
I'm glad that you seem to be agreeing with me though that flight capable wings could indeed be considered a major combat ability, even if the people at FenCo say that they don't want major combat abilities tied to race/appearance.
Actually an update on this: Upon further review, it was decided to revert the changes I made and instead rename the perk to its intended function. Due to there not being able to reliably remove the perk in-game (meaning once you get it, you are stuck with it for life), and the perk only being obtainable through a cat-morph transformative (as a muzzle-related trait), the perk will instead be renamed to "Feline Androgyny" and all related texts and conditions have been updated to match. Whether or not the original "Androgyny" perk returns is uncertain at this time. These changes will be implemented for the next release and sorry for the inconvenience!
Disappointing news. The Androgyny perk separates facial femininity from the gender calculation, which is the desired effect for me. Perma-cute (mentioned in the update) specifically refers to your face as 'boyish' and locks it to 40 femininity, which makes it not function as a substitute. Thank you for fixing the instant gain and loss.
I agree, "Perma-Cute" and "Androgyny" aren't the same perk despite existing in similar parts of the code (which is why I tried to maintain that in my fix). I'll try to clear up the misunderstanding in the next meeting, but I don't think that will bring back the Androgyny perk. Best bet would be someone writing for a new item/event, or an extension to an existing item/event, to provide that perk (and a way to remove it).
Zil ration bee TF update, the arms and legs should give you the furred flag as well as the chitinous flag from it(or if devs think that's too much then at the very least the appearance menu description should include the layer of downy fuzz (which is never mentioned again outside of getting the corresponding body transformations in the first place), like coc1 does when you get the bee leg TF there).
Also it makes 0 sense that the TF isn't capable of giving you chitinous skin, when literally every Zil NPC in the game has it themselves.

Unfortunate news but understandable. Thank you for the effort nonetheless. If ya'll ever figure out a work around to getting the original Androgyny back as a perk, lemme know who was involved in doing it so I can send them a restaurant gift card or something for that dinner I promised.

Perhaps a regular encounter with the Shock Hopper from the Zheng Shi dungeon on the recreation deck? Maybe tell her she has a bunch of kids the PC birthed back on Tavros? Perhaps the LDC too and more opportunities to humiliate him? I could totally enjoy a mechanic where after you finish up at Zheng Shi the PC could interfere with the gangs there, maybe side with one and put them ultimately in charge? Would LOVE to see the Laquines have run of the place with the Shock Hopper in charge, maybe have impregnation scenes with them.
If not then maybe a new wall slut added? Perhaps like the tunnels have it alternate for the various flavors of Laquine you encountered down below every few hours as a sort of 'punishment' for failing to contain the slaves and give the PC the option of fucking them or riding their dicks along with a chance to impregnate/be impregnated by them as per usual. Perhaps another small section of the rec deck where you can chat with them?
