What Content Would You Like Added?

It comes to the same thing. Content that creates space for more sexual fantasy in most readers' minds, e.g. by giving a character a dick or feminising them - content that people are incentivised to write and put their hand in their pocket for. Content that doesn't do that, indeed appears to shrink the space for sexual interaction - you're gonna have to be really lucky.
The Dumb4Cum suggestion is a creative way of bridging that gap, but it's still not going to happen unless someone pays for it. One of the real problems I think is that Mitzi is at a base level not a very interesting character, or one that players might be romantically inclined towards. She was the product of Fen indulging himself, which is completely fair enough, but there's just not enough there to inspire anyone now he's moved on.
When I think about responding to threads like this, I ask myself "Will this add light to the discussion, or heat?" If it is just going to add heat and strife I don't respond.
So, what light do I think I can add?
Nonesuch makes the point that what people are willing to contribute money towards is more sex, less story. And even if TiTs is a labor of love for Fen & co, people have to eat, and that takes money - so fair enough they focus on things that drive money, and people who pay for commissions are very visible and easily counted.
But consider this: I was a subscriber for years. Month after month I paid my Patreon dues, even during the long dry spell of the conversion to Javascript. But as the game drifted from adventure and story (with some fucking) to "Subby Steele and his harem of bimbos", I liked the game less and less. Most of the updates felt like "minutes of fun for the whole family", rather than something really enjoyable for the long term. So, a while ago I decided to stop my subscription.
Now, this is just an anecdote, and as scientifically oriented people say, "the plural of anecdote is NOT data." Maybe I am a single outlier from a tight cloud of data points. But IMHO the TiTs team should ask themselves "We know what the folks who commission works want, but have we actually captured any information about what the subscribers want?" Maybe some polls are in order?
Of course, the likely future is that folks like me will stop subscribing, and that the monetary base will shift even more towards one-shot vingettes of bimbofication and submission, with many never-to-be completed teasers of larger events. And if that's what pays the bills, that's fine. Eventually the Patreonage will move in that direction, and everybody involved will be happy, and everybody who is not involved will leave.

Honestly, that's the feeling I get. Azra, feels pointless to continue having since after you complete her mini quest there's nothing else to do, and she feels lacking heavily. And like you said, Mitzi just isn't interesting at all to keep around.
I mostly want more preg content in general, and Azra is already a milf. Let her knock up and get knocked up by Steele, even if only to add yet another variety of Steele-spawn with which to flood the galaxy. 
Much as I enjoy and want more preg content and hate to see Azra lost in Narnia, Fenoxo's deep burnout from smut writing has placed her on the hard shoulder for now, and unless another writer steps up to take her, she may forever be in the past tense.
I've always been really curious about the general absence of a general Heat cycle in a game that is definitely very interested in it's anthro characters. There's a specific anal-related heat that works the way a heat should (absence of pregnancy over time causing increased urge to breed). But there isnt a functioning version for just... regular vaginal-based heat cycle; there's a one-time transformative consumable that 'gives you a heat experience', sure, but one would really expect that several years in, with a game that clearly loves it's ausar and other furry and fluffy species characters, that the Heat Cycle would have been hammered out. I know, vaugely, that there's even a bit of code in the came specifically for a Heat Cycle, but for whatever reasons it hasnt been set to work or is implementable.
Anyway- content I would really like to see is the completion of a real Heat / Rut Cycle, even a Simple one; and a transformative that lets you permanently have a heat cycle. Just a little something that raises your libido or lust generation if you've gone x days without sex or y days without pregnancy or something, similar to the Omega fever. Hell, even just an outright clone of Omega Fever that isn't exclusive to Anal Incubation. I just think it would add a little pizazz, yeah?

I might have just missed it or something, but if not, what about a quest revolving around Reaha's family? Reaha worries about Mia undergoing the treatment, and she could ask Steele for help.
Nah you didn't miss anything. ATM Reaha only mentions her family in dialogue and has no quests surrounding them. I'd be down for it, maybe options to either condone the Treatment and get a new cowgirl to fuck at the cost of a temporary loss of affection from Reaha, or discourage it and escorting her off world to Tavros. Granted, the number of horny milky girls/cowgirls to fuck is a buyer's market right now, but apart from just fucking Reaha's entire family, that's probably the main thing they could do with them that would be interesting.

The way in which the Dr Po quest and the dolls are written and presented as nice as it would be to recruit the dolls, they are currently considered highly dangerous and Dr Po's greatest creations and bound to her through various means. Now if something were to happen to Dr Po resulting in having to leave the dolls behind then likely the UGC would reappropriate the dolls and keep them in a lab in some hope of undoing any of Dr Po's work. I would say that if anywhere at the moment would be a place to recruit them from then Dhaal would be the place as Zheng Shi seems too obvious but also Dr Po could have pissed off the pirates enough especially with the abduction of Kiro.
Send 'em to Gastigoth. They can join the small handful of fuckable prisoners being held there.
Under the racial score feline section, I would love to see a 'race cute' for the milodan. It seems to me that the lion TF is pretty close to the milodan race, so it seems that perhaps just a little tweaking would work well enough. Not sure if a full blown milodan TF would be redundant or not.
One of my favourite things in the game is becoming a whore in Beth's brothel so more content there would be awesome
If someone was particularly interested, some kind of undercover-cop style questline could be fun too. Even if it was just as simple as at the end of the usual brothel-progression instead of signing the last contract saying no, telling the authorities and having it shut down.

I was originally going to write a whole thing about Reaha's family, then Fen changed the lore about how the Treatment is enforced and I couldn't be bothered anymore. Lost all its dramatic tension. ¯\(ツ)/¯
While I do think that would be COOL, the problem with BBB is that there is nothing illegal going on there. It's kind of a miserable, heartless place for some of the gals working there but at the end of the day that business of Beth's is entirely above board.
It's like Adjatha for a long time kept assumed there was supposed to be some conspiracy around Caver Catering on Tarkus, too, because the game makes a point of showing how heartless and shitty it is. But... no, it's just a heartless shitty corpo establishment. Welcome to the future.

I have a question. When we go in Uveto, and not sure an other give the proposition but when we talk Synphia she tell she have a old sister on the rush. We not see many slyveren on the game or we just fight her and my question is is possible we encounter Iphedra and eventually romance her. I hadn't see many Slyveren lover and better, a potential crew member if it's possible. that's be great in a future I think, the harem on Dhall and slavager slyveren on Zheng chi and battle ship is the only one we truly interact with. that's why i demand if it's possible. Or maybe an other slyveren we encounter and help to become a crew member and/or a mate. Or if we can have our slyveren harem like harem cat in coc2 i'm not complain and relly happy to see that^^. Sorry i like that's sneak women and dragon^^.

I doubt Iphedra would be interested in being in Steele's crew - she's doing well for herself and wants to get her own pile of money. It would be more likely to get the Star Viper Pilot to join your crew - she doesn't have much going for her, and she might just assume things would be better with Steele after a few defeats. (NOTE: that's just my spitballing; check with her author to get any real data).
I'd love the opportunity to capture one of the Bored Jumpers or Slyveren Slavebreakers from Zheng Shi. Or both. And then break them into proper pleasure slaves. For personal use, of course.
In general, more content for Hard Steele. Truth be told we could use a lot more of this.
What about creating a harem of captives from the pirate gangs on Zheng Shi. One from each of the four. And since they are very bad-bad boys and girls this will be a free for all (well almost) training. Whatever it takes: forced medication and drugs, TFs usage for body modification, VR programming and brainwashing, "size queen" training, disciplinary chastity and denial, spanking, whipping, electrocuting etc. All for help them to become better self, a good boys and girls.

On tarkus I was very interested in the tarkus travel agency when I first visited, getting a free membership by posing lewdly I was expecting it to slowly become a model to pornstar transition and was disappointed when that was it

Been inspired the picture used for the Birthday Doodles post (13/04/2024). Could we have an April Fool's Day event where a interstellar cruise liner is taken over by rubber dolls that look like exagerated caricatures of NPC's and (potential) crew mates. They act in combat like Galotians, so they can't be taken down by brute force. By searching the ship/dungeon, the PC finds that the Entertainment Director came up with the idea for a rubber doll show to draw in a crowd and is genuinely surprised to find out that their dolls that went rogue actually resembled (to some degree) real people. The ship could then be encountered from time to time to show off new dolls/ show or to even give the PC and their crew a free holiday and optional orgy space.
Something that has bugged me for awhile has been the hard-light gear/armor/undergarments. Now that chameleon silk can be customized color wise, it would make sense for hard-light to as well correct? As well as adding possibly customization to the hard-light strap-on capable lower undergarments (i.e size of the projection), to allow more access to different scenes for players? Also always thought the anti-grav underwear should be possible to have the strap-on upgrade as well, just a thought.
For me, the idea for slyveren and jumper is really good except the part hard. but convert pirate to become companion is really good for the rest for my idea. Well I think that for slyveren because I like it and more because there race are completly counter by Galotian, we learn by Synphia, the goo race try many time too sabotage Slyveren race effort for devellopment and the Slyveren try too survive even that's tell turn slavager or criminal I think. They can see with Steele a possibility to solve a part of the probem or up their situation, that's why is interesting to up that idea. Plus, the jumper are the sterilize virus, a quest on that too explain the situation is not bad idea too. well I think. That's a possibility to up the background and see more of the problem with them and a really good story, plus, that the possibility too implemant a Slyveren TF, like Frostwyrm for example, and opportunity too have other crew is really like it I think.

I had a similar idea a while back, the only difference was that instead of just the slyveren and jumper, I had the idea where you can get a crew mate from the corana lords, cyberpunks and the rat raider's.
Additionally I had the idea that there could be scenes between these possible crew mates once they join or that once you have a member from each group as part of the crew there could be a scene where you help them get along or something like that?
