Unless it’s a new scene, the only one I’m aware is the one where you and kiro do a milking with her machine, it’s not exactly a competition

Yeah that's what I meant. If you want a competition if you got Kiro and Kally in a sexual relationship they are competing but you're prostate milking them as they use the machine.
I think it would be kind of cool if we could get a new character inspired by a character made by Dmitrys or just actually get Dmitrys okay to use one of his characters in the game

Some sort of "Free Use" system the PC can opt-in to on the ship. If it's on, your crew has a chance to use you while you walk around. Maybe some sort of collar? You could even run into your crew on a planet.

All I want is one simple change - On character creation - when you choose Half-Leithan have the option to either be born bipedal or centaur. We know it's possible because of Anyxine!

The difference between Anyxine and a half-leithan Steele is that Anyx is half-gryvain, Steele is half-human. It could be the case that leithan hexapedalism is dominant to human bipedalism but recessive to gryvain bipedalism. Or maybe it's because Steele's leithan parent is their mother while Anyxine's is her father, and half-leithans match the leg count of their mother.
You’re forgetting that everything about Steele’s birth is controlled. Your character creation explained away as genetic modification. What is one more option to the mix? Choosing between two legs or six isn’t that much of a stretch from choosing which chromosomes you start with.

It's implied that, for some reason*, Victor/the player is only allowed to choose options that are naturally possible for a [pc.originalRace] - for instance, a half-ausar Steele can be born with white hair, while a human Steele can't. By that logic, if half-human half-leithans can't naturally be bipedal^, then Victor/the player wouldn't be allowed to pick bipedalism for a half-leithan Steele.
*possibly a legal one - Syri joked that her parents might have just made her a dickgirl from birth, but immediately remarks that she thinks there's a law against that, so it's reasonable to assume there are legal limits to how far parents can genetically modify their kids.

Anyxine is said to be a proverbial unicorn on galaxy scale, having Steele just casually happen to be the same would be rather silly. "Steele's birth was controlled" isn't a silver bullet to that, it's not like daddy Steele was the only person ever playing with engineering children. If that's all it took for a biped half-leithan, you'd see plenty more of these.
A half-ausar Steele can have white hair because the genetics are there. Logically then, if a bipedal race breeds with a centauric race BOTH sets of genetics are there and again it is possible to occur. Just because we don’t have the option from a game standpoint doesnt mean it couldn’t be forced through the games advanced medical science - fuck, if you mess with gene mods enough you can do it yourself. Plenty of the hair colors and eyecolors are dominant or recessive and can be controlled - so gene dominance is a moot point. Honestly not sure why your arguing so hard against this, it’s not that big of a leap or change in game mechanics/scenes.
She is not the proverbial unicorn because she is a bipedal half-leithan. It is because she was conceived without any medical assistance. Being born bipedal was just rare genetic trait. Just because we don’t see them in game doesn’t mean there isn’t more. Just means they haven’t been written. Example of this is in the CoC series we only see male imps but no female imps, they exist per the devs just were never written.

Her description doesn't make such distinction. Offsprings of a leithan and another race are "almost-unheard-of", period. If medical assistance could work around that easily it wouldn't be a big deal to be one, nor would her being one be stressed as a major point. Codex entry on Leithans also makes it quite clear:
"Halfbreed Leithans are nearly unheard of, and almost always the result of genetic manipulation and non-natural fertilization".
That's "nearly unheard of" with genetic manipulation and non-natural fertilization included.
So, that's asking to get a rare genetic trait as you say yourself, on top of already extremely rare heritage.
"Anyxine is a biological unicorn -- the almost-unheard-of offspring of a leithan and another race: in her case, one of the dragon-like hermaphrodites called gryvain." Literally from her appearance, the fact that it doesn't mention her bipedality means it does make the distinction - it's only talking about the rarity of the birth. If that moniker was talking about both, the description would mention both. Again getting a rare genetic trait isn't the problem because again, genetic manipulation. I got the Savin stamp of approval so I was going in the right direction somewhere, haha. But this really can go around in circles, so I'm just going to agree to disagree - this is the "What would you like to see in game?" thread after all, not the "Post your suggestions and let's argue about why it's a good idea or not" thread.

I don't see why it would; the incompatibility is likely on a biological or biochemical level. If I were to guess: vildarii can naturally breed with almost any race, explicitly including leithans, due to the ability to shapeshift both their genitals and their gametes. The former isn't the issue, since leithans and most other major species can fuck each other easily, which means the latter must be what blocks humans, ausar, gryvain etc. from naturally breeding with them. As such, I'd say it's due to the physical structure of leithan sperm and ova being physically incompatible with those of most other races. In th absence of any other evidence, I'd assume they're not genetically incompatible, though that's still a possibility.
Oh ok, I thought it was only leithan females that can’t hatch/birth halflings, but if it’s the other way around, it would be easier
I want an anat tf specifically because I want to have a horn mask, that would be cool as fuck. Or even just the mask tf as its own thing, with customization options, so that you can get the aesthetic without losing horns you may already have. I can see a custom mask made of your own bone being extremely popular among criminals, likely found on zheng shi, and probably sold on sera's top shelf since she loves that dark aesthetic.
