1) Unlocked Kiro Quest
2) Had to do some work stuff and left my computer for 4-5 hours.
3) Came back excited to use to 88mph cheat to have my kids delivered.
4) Forgot all about Kiro Quest.
5) Several days later, I remembered.

So thinking about my desire to give our kids stuff, even if it's just a little blurb that you did so, I was thinking it'd be cute to have the kids trying to teach you how to play a video game you got them 
of course you already how to play, or maybe you're just already used to different games, but the idea that you just play along and pretend not to know so your kids can feel accomplished with something is good 
(Alternatively, you feign ignorance until you start getting a losing streak and get maybe a little too invested in stomping your opponent. Or get stomped by your kids anyway, they ARE Steeles after all!)

Why does it seem like there is always a bunch of people working on a bunch of things but the output is always so low?
Probably cause the writers lose interest since no one really seems interested in their ideas - we have so many threads showing tons of ideas that actually are fairly complete but have little to no commentators or viewers, which probably discouraged the writers.
I imagine authors having to fiddle around with the coding as well (or rather getting it all prepared for the actual coding) in addition to the actual writing and quality control tends to get a bit overwhelming since one mistake probably sends the whole thing crashing down.
I think there's a lot written (which is a lot of work already, since writing is not easy and you have to write conversations, sex scenes, encounters...), but maybe not enough coders. Coding seems specially hard (maybe because I have no idea of coding), where one mistake can fuck everything up, and you need to code everything that has been written.
If you are asking about writing from fans the answer is even more clear (clearer? both?), since writting with those parsers is a nightmare if you are not familiar with them. Also it is a lot of work for something that may not even make it to the game.

Also there will be no new coders due to the death of flash it is already no longer possible to install flash develop with the necessary tools
I get that flash is going to die, but isn't this not a major issue? Although you can't play flash in browser anymore, flash will work like normal as long as you download it and the flash player...
I mean, you can't casually game flash anymore, but does anyone even play TITS on the web browser?
As Fleep and Sumgai have said, the problem is a combination of:
1 - A mountain of submissions, which at one stage got so bad that Fen had to close submissions for a time to give him a chance to review that content.
2 - Said submissions had to be reviewed and then revised, either spelling or general content. Then it had to get submitted again.
3 - Not too many coders.
Takes time and most of the near-permanent writers have to work on other projects, like at the moment the push on Dhaal.
Even if people can play Flash on their computers, the problem is still going to be that support for Flash will end in December. Which is going to be a pain the ass considering that the game is still on-going.
There is at the moment, several people looking into transferring the games code from Flash to Java or similar program, but that's raising its own problems.

IIRC someone had plans to write a porn director that you can meet on every planet, where he shoots a scene of you. Something like Steph Irson but with you.
That's not enough. Steele needs to be the star of the porn. Especially on New Texas.

But actually there are a lot of fans who write non-essential content and submit it to the game for free. Characters like Vark, Zil Bull, and Fisi were all fan submissions.
I am perpetually forgetting to mention this, but I’d like for nipples to have a separate “Fuckable” tag so we can have penetrable nipples that AREN’T literal cunt nipples. CoC1 did this and it’s more in line with what I see with more nipplefuck content. I feel like it would work better with the Big Green Potion TF since it literally only makes nipples elastic enough to be penetrated per description, but it’s limited by fuckable nips being only cunt nipples. :X
