Well i have a question, who made the Rat aliens again? i would like to see more content about them
There are ways to still incorporate forced TFs for players who enjoy them without imposing on those that don't... purely academic of course, I know Fen and them's viewpoint on it... but ..
One way is to have the TF happen very slowly over time, and be "curable" ... this pretty much is in the game with the various illnesses but it can be expanded on. A variation of this is for it to have multiple treatments to take effect and therefore give the player time to back out. "What? Why I am turning blue.. I better go to the med center" Hrmm I am detecting strange chemicals/foreign DNA in your system. Do you desire treatment? (Cures with no lasting effects).
Another is to create a system of "backing up" the character. Nanite markers in the DNA allow the character to be 'rolled back' to a previous state (or some other reasonable sci-fi explanation). So you get transformed, you simply have it undone. Essentially working like a save but without losing story progress. Of course, this relies on a mechanic much like saves where the character would occasionally need to make a restore point of such.. and I dunno about ya'll but I am horrid at remembering to save.
Another possibility is the TF not be a true TF at all, but rather a body swap.... they want to use your mind to control a robot... or something. So you get conked out, and wake up in a new body... maybe with strange urges, and have to find a way to get your old body back intact.
A sort of variation of the above that is a favorite of mine is the "demon shell" transformation... where the character isn't transformed but coated, encased or locked into an outfit that changes their outward appearance, has some controlling effect, and can have its appearance altered all while taking the character along for a ride. Again, kind of in the game already with the grey goos but I would love to see it used in other ways and expanded upon. Drone suit, stuff like that. Something you can escape from and thus not lose your tuned character's appearance. :3
The final way is simply to give it a heavy foreshadowed opt in. Basically, you volunteer in some way to be a test subject or simply choose to give control of your form over to a mistress, master, etc.

Regarding those points: Very simple. Much like any transformation method in the game: There are some things that cannot be undone. (Not that any of the listed ones are transformation related in the first place. I think those are *perks*?)
That....doesn't even make sense as a response to what I just said. I was saying that it would be unusual for a TF item (full body or otherwise) to change existing perks. Not that we needed more of them.

OK what about a upgrade mechanic for your weapons, find certain material to make them stronger.

Are you talking about the Varmint you can get on the ship? Such as taking it for walks, playing fetch with it and little blurbs where it nuzzles your feet or vomits in your shoes?
Takeing it to exotic Pet shows, teaching it tricks, maybe give it a proper combat-training going over the basic instincts it got...
Maybe we can feed it some snacks? (except of the extremly limited resource of silicone-bags)
Some Characters could react to you having a dangerous lapdog with a tast for all they carry that is of vaulve, like the propably mostly plastic Credit-Chips. (Let's feed it money!)
But two things I find to be important is the abilety to name it as well as to chose a diffrent colour for the leash. (My main-Steele is a guy! Can I not have a simple grey or black leash? Does it have to be treated-bimbo-pink?)

By the way, is there anywhere a tutorial how to code TiTs content? I heard things got a better chance for quick implementation when they get coded beforehand.
If I am not wrong (and chances are I am since I took the non-bimbo varmint quest ages ago), you can change that if you tame a varmint with Natalie Irson's help.
I always took the non-bimbo variant. That is why I want a non-Bimbo-Pink-Leash. (I am not a fan of Bimbofication. Mindalterations in general are not exactly my taste.)
Given, I have not picked up a Varmint for a while, but I am sure about it. Wiki also does not mention any posebilety to change colour.
And I am certain we are unable to name this bugger, exspecial with Nats help it should be a option. Nats tamed Varmint can not run away, after all.
So I would like three things personally. More Queen of the Deep stuff, expansion of offspring interactions growing up teaching them things hanging out all that patently stuff, and a companion system.
