Honestly a way to either completely remove or change Tattoos, filled up my slots before the new tats dropped and a little bummed, I missed out on them even if its minor content in the end

If you go to the recently updated CoC2 editor (https://end5.github.io/CoC2-Save-Editor/CoC2SaveEditor.html), you could remove them from yuor desired save.
At least that is an solution available currently.

It's possible to just open the console, type in "pc" and then go to "cosmetics" and just delete the words (tattoos) you don't like. I did this whenever they added new tattoos, without the option to remove the old ones - and I didn't want my savefile to get false flagged as a cheated file.
