It will be checking if you're wearing Heavy armor or not :)
I got that line of thought because of if wanting to do make an more less healer focused White Mage Tank using any heavy armor would have it get the possible healing version of the Perk instead of the damage one, wich leaves only Panoply of the Holy City to be the chest piece of intending such an route.
Yet the best tanking helm currently ingame wich is Helm of Heroes would not be able to be used in such an build aswell (thought of other ways like using the Catalysts tag to differentiate but there are to many viable damage weapons for the latter to be an deciding factor).

Would it be too much code nonsense to have the combat stats/sense page have a little threat percentage written somewhere in them? So for example, if the party's threat scores were Champ:150, Cait:50, Brint:250, then their respective combat info pages would say Threat:33%/11%/56%, with the same kinda thing showing up on the enemy 'sense' menu. Just to give colourblind folk something to work with since the threat gem is kinda useless unless somebody is dramatically in the lead.

Wish there was an item that let your character act first at the start of combat regardless of initiative, just for the first round. Would be a godsend for all the heavy armor builds I want to do.

I'd like it if there was a service that let you destroy items that grant powers in exchange for being able to use the power without the item requirement.
So for example, you bring the Girthy Rod to say Viviane who turns the rod into a Tome of Groping Tentacles. Lose the item, gain the power.

Would that not just be strictly better than using the item? You could get the stats of a better item while using the power a weaker item provides? Seems unbalanced

For the most part, I don't think items that grant powers have inferior stats to normal items. And the powers seem like more of a free bonus to the item, not something they consider when doing stat allocation for it.

The girthy rod has objectively worse stats for a spell caster than the spiraled staff, although admittedly there aren't many other examples where the power seems to affect the stat budget of the weapon

Not EXACTLY answering the question. But what I would really like is if Kitsune champions could still transform. Other Kitsune like Kohaku, Kiyoko and even Keros themself are able to change there form at will. But for some reason the champion of the trickster god is confined to a single form. I dont really think it makes sense in universe and I would really like if this feature (which is a personal softlock as the way im RPing I want to be a shapeshifting Kitsune) was removed.

Been thinking about summons, and there's a few changes I'd hope to see in the future for them.
  • If they have an at-will stance, let them come with the stance on by default. Would be a huge boon for tank summons with threat stances.
  • Don't make summons last in the turn order after summoning, let them act after your turn ends right after being summoned. Reason being that if you go first and your summon acts last, there is a huge delay on the effects of your encounter power and it's possible for them to just die before they get to act, completely wasting the power.
  • Controllable summons would be amazing, but if it hasn't happened yet, I assume the devs think it would be unbalanced. So as a middle ground, let us call out attack moves for our summon, Pokemon style. During your turn, add a [Summon] button under [Powers] that lets you choose what power they use and what their target is. That is your action for your turn, and when it is the their turn, they perform that action to the best of their abilities. As an incentive to do this, the summon receives a small buff to accuracy or damage for carrying out your command.
