The only issue I would have (and that means it's just my opinion), not that it's wrong or anything, and this is the place to share what you want...
is that it just feels out of character. While it may not be a big secret for her and the Champ (and anyone Champ invites in, ie. Arona, Etheryn, Brint, etc.) her corruption-based libido is still something very personal and that she tries to hide from the public. She views the fact that the Champ bangs her as a blessing and a gift that they help her. Even when the two are caught in the throne room (by Lumia personally coming in), Lumia makes sure the other acolytes believe it's Elthara performing a ritual and helping Champ.
It just would feel careless and out of place for Elthara to slip up just anywhere, as opposed to it being caused by an interaction with Champ. For instance, she and Champ slip off into a closet and maid pops in, as opposed to her just banging a companion or other NPC and Champ finding them.
Again, just my thoughts on this one (which doesn't mean I don't like to imagine it either, it just doesn't feel 'right', unless the scene is absolutely amazing, of course).

Let me than add she would have an dialogue beforehand with the champion so to see if the champion had any solutions to when the champion isn't availabble/present (wich happens a lot) for her needs in what to do.
The champion like in what happend with Ryn could suggest or not to go to already introduced companions for relief while in his absence (like in an hidden 'pent up' counter for her if not attened), so to when the champion would not be available to her she would go ask them for help.
Also the champion could than introduce new npc's (if wanted ofcourse, what happens in the Wayfort stay's in the Wayfort) to her, as in ones that are not corrupted in an pure playthrough and corrupted ones in an dark Knight/ high corruption playthrough that would be able to affect her corrruption/personality wise towards more wholesome sex or change/train her from an closet slutty to an full blown controlled (obedient to the champion) exhibitionist nympho [or something else?], like what happend in Khorminos with Milly.
True but having to have to use the editor for that purpose becomes a bit cumbersome if people don't even know it exists and than to solve the corrupted file warning aswell. Thats why i suggested an hypnothereapist. ^^
Would like there to be an item like the ring of fate (or possibly change it to go up to 100 [would love some stats on it aswell if it was able]) but that it lets corruption go up tlll 100 but doens't let it pass into the game over scenes.

Since Agni just got a great update I think Quin could benefit from some more attention. His hopknight set and quest were a great addition and helped to flesh out his character a bit. I know some people wanted to change him to female but I feel like that misses the point of his character. What I do think might be interesting would be a set that changes his body slightly similar to Azyrran's dragoon set, maybe something that pushes him into a more femboy direction? It would be a nice way to fill the gap that Berwyn left in the companion slot.
Oh don't even start lol. He's probably the next companion to be abandoned if it comes to that.

He's generally not well-liked and he doesn't seem to get much attention, but I think it'd be about as much of a shitstorm as the Berwyn situation. Even if people liked Berwyn more, Quin getting cut would mean we're down to 1, effectively 0 for a lot of people, male companions.
That approaches the "World reacting to your Corruption" topic that has been unambiguously shot down.
I request Quin expansion where Champ could gendermorph him similarly to Berwyn and Brint!
I like Kiyoko - but I feel this opinion is valid, as a companion she's locked behind your Champ having a penis. While I believe Savin has confirmed she's finished in terms of content (Don't quote me on that - I think I saw it while trying to find out how to free her.) I would add a 'friendship route' to freeing her. I've given it some thought - and I believe the energy exchange doesn't have to include sex (Kazuha and Rindo as examples - at least Rindo is confirmed to be a virgin during her first sex scene) So the Champ agrees to give her their energy while in the necklace - the exchange part being the summon ability - she's able to help you in battle, you can do this as many times as you like - however no Kinu from this route. Eventually you follow all the same path to meeting the Kitsune and Keros, and then you bring up freeing her.
Keros does his whole "You should have sex with her, I'll even help you get the right equipment." However you can still refuse, so Keros offers another route; however the price is heavier - you need to give a larger amount of energy - when you discuss this with Kiyoko, she's a little uncomfortable with the idea as it could risk your life and she doesn't want to risk losing her only friend.
So push the issue and live with the consequences (the Champ gains a permanent debuff that reduces the amount of health they heal between battles or nullifies it altogether - Lumia can remove it after you finish her quest)
Kiyoko is freed from the necklace the next time you bring it to Komari (she will note the drained look on the Champ) as will Keros, but he will free Kiyoko - a she will become a companion.
The major differences between this path and the lover path are as followed:
1) Kiyoko now resides in the Kitsune Den in the same space as Komari.
2) She is unavailable for sex scenes - unless the Champ has the right equipment. But it will feature no pregnancy content - until following a conversation Kiyoko expresses a desire to follow in her mother's footsteps and become a den mother. The Champ can agree to this - in which case the path forward becomes very similar to her usual path with a few alterations. The Champ can refuse, which Kiyoko will understand and ask that this line of thought not change things between them. (This WILL lock players out of her pregnancy content and all related content to Kinu.)
I have a few more ideas for this path, but I think this post is long enough.
