We can easily shift the off toppic to on toppic with one simple word: More Mpreg please!
If we disqualify eggs and such, the only mpreg I remember is the Satyr in CoC1
At least I think that's who it was, the wiki is very oddly blank on Satyr specifically for Plains encounters

Fair enough. Sorry.
But like I said earlier. I would really love some more content involving Carmen. Not even sex stuff, just the ability to talk to her outside of scripted events (Building the temple, recruiting Tui, etc) I want to hear more about her beef with Oxana, maybe have a quest involving resolving their issues - we did it with Garth and his family, why can't we do it for two incredible old and powerful mages?
Carmen would make a good vessel for a lot of world-building

It could be as simple as Carmen invites you to the castle for tea, whenever you complete something major and/or unlock a new title for yourself.

She could comment on what you did (and maybe HOW you did it, if the programmer's want to go that deep), relate it to what she knows of the world and its history, and then maybe give you a hint one where to go next if there's some major content you haven't started.

...Basically, she could be a stays-at-home version of Navi/Tatl/King of Red Lions/Midna/etc. from Legend of Zelda series.

I am curious -- would that not be just subset of bisexuality?

But, yeah, I get it. I know fujoshi lesbians, so I get it.
I mean in a way, yeah, but it's hyper focused. I wouldn't ever call myself bisexual though, because that could cause misunderstandings. The only guys I find myself attracted to are highly feminine physically, and this also goes with transwomen as well. Masculine features do nothing for me. Which is why I prefer to use the label gynesexual, over bisexual. I think those with standard bisexuality would be a lot more forgiving, appearance wise.

So bisexual but with particular preferences...
There is no standard bisexuality.
