Nothing wrong with wanting that, and the devs do tend to look here and read things. What you want probably isn't likely. Etheryn is already parser heavy and there's so many parsers and such and scenes that might read awkwardly (or just not fit) with a bigger, beefier Etheryn (no editor or coder wants to have to go and retroactively check every scene). Same for Arona, though to a lesser extent. Her being bigger and beefier would be less problematic scene-wise, but it still might clash or conflict with parts that were written with no idea that she'd get taller or as tall as Brint or Brienne (or the Champ, which is ambiguous). Plus, there'd likely need to be new artwork for both (clothed and nude).
I am obviously not in charge of such things, but at best, I think you might get a dream scene where either of them is changed or like that (or made that way by Champ in the dream), and whatever happens happens. Unlikely they'd get new artwork for a dream scene specifically, though I suppose a one off gallery thing could be commissioned, like the rainbow-hued Caits.
Ok, yeah I can see where your coming from, if its not viable for Ryn and Arona because of them being soo parsered, then I guess I'd be fine with just giving both Ryn and Arona transformatives in making their dicks and balls more bigger and fatter, like some virility boosters from vaush and some more blue penis potions, I'd be fine with that. Plus some addition sex scenes where Ryn can top the MC and especially sub-Arona, where we can give the reins over to Arona for the night, where she really takes the MC to pound-town.
Wanting Arona to be even bigger is the kind of greed they talked about in the Bible
Could some one write/add some transformative items that gives the player nubby, ribbed, and foreskin flags for their penis, like something a kin to the knotted pepper transformative, that's already in the game.

I'm still not fully comfortable with Komari preg as Komari is now. Her overly sadistic content is pretty off putting; it's one thing to have a kink but she genuinely seems to enjoy hurting the champion in a way that is... Unsettling.
I generally agree with that. The main issue I have with it is that her scenes make it seem that she is more into the pain than the act itself. If it was more evident that she was actually getting off then it would be a thumbs up from me. There's a fine line between "I'm going to be extremely rough" and "I'm going to hurt you" and Komari's current scenes skirt too close in my opinion.

The argument is that isn't just bdsm. She's a sadist in a harmful way; I'm not even sure she's getting sexual pleasure from it, she just seems to enjoy hurting you.
This could well be a mechanic that leads into Komari becoming a softer woman toward the PC, allowing them some control during sex and, maybe, even pregnancy. She has been around for a very long time, so, yes, she may well have a lot of sexual frustration to work through.
Feel like that'd be redundant, considering you can go into the appearance screen right at the start of the game and adjust pronouns immediately.

No, I mean like when your character is a trap but instead is called shemale automatically, but if you select masculine pronouns then it says that they have pectorals instead of a waif chest. You know where I'm getting at, right?
A really useful feature would be a listing the buffs your companions get as part of the story on their respective character page. Such as Cait getting the rimescore or Ryn getting the crown of winter.
