I personally would love a PC vampire option, but the potential problems for the story with that could be problematic from a lore perspective.

You have the vampire at home version with the Kitsune (though if you become one you act like one due to a certain someone)
And they dont drink blood but drink bit of souls(?) chi

actual ACTUAL dragons are no, dragon MORPPHS and anything tangential to dragons is acceptable(at least thats what i got from savins post)

I wouldn't have a problem with vampires except that they haven't really been established as a thing in the setting. At best we know cum-drinking vampires exist but only one is in game and she's not sexable, and I suspect she's not keen on spreading the "gift" around.

Also, blood play just isn't a thing most people want to see in a porn game.

Hmmm, yea hadn't thought of that...I'm also not too keen on bloodplay, and would rather not have traditional vamps than have them with that too lol

I dont want to wear but I'll piggy back into saying to just put in the inventory, key items or whatever right when it comes off. I cannot life of me find it despite having a romanced confident Ryn, completing all the Palace and Dracia stuff. Its nowhere! I'm almost certain I missed some step somewhere but I don't want to go through hell to get a cage that has like three scenes.
