I highly doubt this would be added, for a number of reasons, but I would be interested in seeing maybe a dwarf woman.
While dwarfs have similarities to both goblins and orcs (being short alcoholic tinkerers but also good warriors and smiths with a sense of martial pride), they are fairly distinct still; most notable, dwarfs are probably closer to humans than the other races in terms of appearance, while still having elements that are at the very least uncommon and irregular. One of the most notable is that dwarfs, as a rule, have beards, and this can extend to the womenfolk as well. While it probably isn’t most people’s fetish, there is definitely some who might want to get dommed by (or, respectively, dom) a muscular hirsute shorstack. Of course, whether or not dwarf women should have facial hair at all is its own debate; while I tend to think that it makes them more different from gnomes and other shortfolk if they have some*, I also understand why it isn’t popular, especially among porn artists.
Again, I don’t know; I’m probably just talking out of my ass, but I hope some people can see why I like this idea at the very least.

Hm. Maybe a proto-Norse culture for a dwarf-like culture? They might even be another ironworking culture, if you wanted to play that way.

Lady sideburns are hot and should be included, but there is also the opportunity to make dwarves separately sexed but single gendered, which would provide that good rare c-boy content.

No and no. It increases impregnation chance in either direction
The Dwarf likes the idea of Dwarves in the game... maybe they have legendary Feracity and it's rumored they can fuck a rock and get it pregnant? Their stamina is legendary...don't plan on walking after sex... only thing saving the world is that they have a long refraction period...but if they've saved it up...they can go multiple times...(days?) This is why dwarven women are either very happy or angry (frustrated) when encountered and might be open to some "Strange" getting a dwarf pregnant should be tough though... great drinking companions though. Halfbreeds rare? Short wolves/doogies? (corgy insert?) Short cats w/short tails? (lynx?) Short centaurs/marefolk? Shetland (the hairyones) Centaurs? Make dwarves immune to corruption? Maybe they don't believe in it.
Is that transformation in the backer's version currently? i tried looking through the wiki to see if i could figure out what to look for for when it goes to public version but found nothing.

Well I would like to see more races that the player can chose from like the Marefolk, Taeleer, Tanuki, Sheepfolk, and the like in the next update or in future updates.

I was thinking more along the lines of coastal fishing cultures from the early Dark Ages. Franks/Gauls/Saxons from around the fall of Rome, basically. Used to having to deal with Orcish raiders, otherwise fairly peaceful folk more interested in the risks of their trade than anything else.
But you could also do ancient Mediterranian fishers, if you wanted something better suited to warm waters.
