I swear ice cold has to be the worst starting perk in the game, with how much lust my character gets every 5 seconds It may aswell not even friggin be there.

Apparently you can use it to have a specific Tease attack calc for 0 Libido builds

Ice Cold makes your Tease Skill scale inversely with Libido, meaning lower Libido = better Tease Skill. It also halves the rate at which you gain Lust over time, which - especially at the 0 Libido (or as low as you can get) its Tease Skill calculation encourages you to be at - means you shouldn't be gaining much.

I take Ice Cold everytime, and keep my Libido low.

I don't have to jerk off constantly IRL, why would I want my Steele need to do that? (Never mind how I wouldn't stop combat with someone attacking me because I'm horny.)

I have messed around with high libido builds, but lust builds up fast and if you're not very diligent about dealing with it, it can lead to quick losses against sexy opponents.

Lust in general is a bugbear for me, most of my combat losses have been from something turning my Steele on a lot, and me not noticing. Get into combat and boom, insta loss.

It's a core game mechanic though, so I deal.

Ice Cold helps a lot though.

I see. Never tried that, honestly. Think i never lost a combat due to max lust, though, but maybe that's more of a "me" issue ("me" as in me, not you, don't want to sound rude)

I'm going to be blunt, and I'm sorry about that, but I don't think linking wetness values to lust/libido is a good idea, at least not without an option or something to go back to the old system. Yes it helps with immersion, but for customization OCD freaks like me it only creates headaches. The preference settings for it was a great idea, but it isnt all encompassing for every scene and such, and with only 4 preference options and much more levels of wetness, especially vaginal, that may not be enough.

Also, and this is actually a bit of a legitimate claim I think, with it being linked to libido/lust, won't that make it difficult to establish a "baseline" or whatever for high lust/libido character, since they'll always be gushing like a fountain anyway? Sorry if I'm wrong and I'm just being an idiot with that. Also theres the squirter flag that relies on vaginal wetness, i dont even know how thats being affected.

I know I'm being super nitpicky, and again I'm sorry, but hey, I'm not the first one to do so, so what the hell.

Having even decent Willpower and not going around with a minimum of 75 Lust (the specific number my character will cap out at in the map) should always prevent Lust loss unless you like fantasizing or letting certain enemies Grapple you without escaping

Really? I consider it one of the most useful. Especially after they removed minimum Lust requirements for sex scenes.
Are you mainlining TFs that add Libido? Carrying stacks of Savicite? Have the Hardlight Anti-Grav Thong's dildoes active?
Remember it inverts the Libido calculation for Tease, so lower is better.
With 6 Libido, I gain 20 Lust in the 10 hours between planets.

RN I got 5 libido from TFs, I've waited like 7 days and still it won't go down via the passage of time.

Libido cannot go lower than your Taint score

Either Taint or Sexiness.
Taint decreases by 1 every 72 hours from the last time it increased, so if you waited 7 days without a Taint increase, it's probably Sexiness.
I don't think Chill Pills can actually go down to 0 anyway.

Some corrections:
1. Natural Lust gain caps at 75% of maximum. For a Treated character (+40), natural cap is 105, for example.
2. There are some non-combat encounters that can increase Lust, like picking up Savicite on Uveto.

There's really no way to 'train' Tease resist. It's just Willpower + bonuses from equipment.
Fastest way to train Will is Stamina with Ramis.
Then look at Armors/Clothing and Accessories for the ones that have Tease, Drug, Psionic or Pheromone resistance.

Any equipment that has Resolve (Resolve is just the name of how many Willpower points that piece of equipment gives you)
Willpower is the name of the game
Additionally, if you wanna be a bat and consume cum every 24 hours, the Cumpire perk will help
