Two things I've found so far:
1) Verusha's clothed bust isn't showing up at all when I visit her in Tavros (worked in previous version).
2) I just got Dizzy in this version and told her to stay with Bizzy (Boobed rout version). I went to Feature and Dizzy's button is greyed out with the hover text "You need the Multifarious physicality necessary to do both of them at once in a moderately novel way. Maybe take some Cerespirin or Tentacool." I had back genitals from Tentacool already. I removed them and used Tentacool/save scumming (to keep from accidentally getting the Bad-End) to get them back and it's still greyed out. I tried sending her somewhere else then back but it's still greyed out.
