Unable to trigger Dark Knight scene variation

On the wiki it says that there's a Dark Knight scene variation to "Ruin Ryn", but I can't trigger it despite having 100 corruption and the Dark Knight title. What do?

Well first things first, is your Champ's penis big enough for the scene?

12 inches, so it should be big enough?

12 inches is the max she can normally take without having to be stretched iirc, so no. It's 13 and above I think, minimum.
