Was on Uveto, and was doing the encounter for the Milodan Priestess in the caves doing the ritual. and when i went to fight this error pops up

Since this is for the Milodan Priestess, this should already be fixed for the next release.

How do I become a Milodan?

At the moment, I don't think there is a way to become a Milodan. It may be possible to get milodan children, but the character can't obtain milodan anatomy and become a milodan, as of yet.
