Not to mention that the game has a narrative that's been plotted out and we know where in the process we are, with Savin having shared some of the new MSQ content that's in the pipeline. The game may not be finished anywhere near Soon but the next bit of main plot is at least visible on the horizon.

- No new classes and no additional starting races.
- No soulbinds from Mallach, Sorra, Velun or Tira.
- We're not getting any TF-based Powers since Tail Whack was axed, aside from via soulbinds. Likewise, in general mechanical benefits for TFing are right out.
- Stances are never getting their own Power slot.
- No character viewer is happening.
- No content-filtering is happening. Neither is any kind of toggle to convert 'character type I don't like' to 'character type I like'.
- No TFs that make the Champ anything non-bipedal.
- No ovipositor for the Champ.
- No becoming an actual demon outside of any game-ending scenario.
- Cait's brand isn't getting removed within the timeframe of the game.
- No Champ chastity content that extends beyond an individual scene is happening.
Not just non-bipedality, no multi-arms too. Also probably no multi-pussies. And no tail genitalia, since they removed the original tail genitalia tf due to lack of content relating to it.

It's probably something super-obvious and I'm overthinking it.
Some sort of system in the game or separate program to create a visual representation of your Champ by taking the code that represents their appearance and producing an image from that data. The first CoC had a couple of third-party attempts at making one, all ended up abandoned and at least one somehow managed to eat save files.

Did you ever see the COC1 xianxia mod? they tried it, and the person doing sprites for it i'm sure is working hard, but it's a mess. making a player avatar that updates in a game with so many options including outfits and body part sizes is just too big a project for anyone not getting paid, i think.
