"Wait. Really? But... I'm making the face and all..." He trails off. "Did you actually get scared?" He asks. Wren nods slowly. "Oh. I didn't mean it..." He mutters, placing his hands on Olivia's waist and bending his head so she has easier access to the pieces of fabric stuck on his horns. Once she's done, he straightens and takes her hand. "Come on. There's an elevator to the surface. Let's go!" He says, striding forwards. Wren takes Olivia's hand, walking next to her as Alex leads them onwards. They come to a sleek, silvery metal door, and Alex presses the upwards pointing arrow button next to it. In a few minutes, they hear a soft whoosh and a ding as the elevator doors open. They step inside, and Alex presses a button marked S. In another few minutes, they're at the surface. They step out onto a small cliff, and see the view spread out before them. Rivers run their courses through a beautiful, tree filled landscape. Cries echo as huge, quad-winged birds fly through the sky in formation. The giant moon, is visible in the sky, as well as the orange-blue sun behind them. A fresh wind blows, carrying with it the smell of the earth, water, and flowers.
