Text boxes overwriting one another every now and again/power text boxes not showing the full description of effects. Android v.9.2

I've come across a weird little pair bug that's been happening more and more frequently over time. Sometimes I'll be reading some of the dialogue and I'll see a dialogue box either at the bottom of my screen starting to slowly creep in, or in this case I'm about to post, just completely overwrite a part of a scene. The scene in question is the ending of the cloister event with fingering Shar. For whatever reason after the fingering scene was done, and I'd moved to the next page, some of the fingering dialogue would come back up I don't have an image of the images and oddities spawning below the very bottom of the screen on hand, but when I find it again, I'll update this with it. (Edit) I found an added bug with the title screen image staying on the bottom of my screen when I load in the game. See image 2 at the bottom of the screen there, all the pink and blue.




I don't know what caused it to happen specifically, all I did was just hit next and that happened.

The other issue I have is that some of the powers descriptions don't show themselves when I'm in the power menu. The example here is the Sorran chant. The dialogue box just cuts off annoyingly so I gotta figure it out in a fight. This also happens when I'm trying to learn new powers from NPCs as well and had caused no end of frustration for the powers with longer textboxes, see river down below for the example.
I've given my save file here as well, I haven't done anything to it, and it's updated as far as I'm aware to the point free is allowed. Once again I'm on Android on 9.2
