During the starhome dungeon, you either need to have the minstrel background or have agni in your party to figure out the puzzle of banging on the drums aggressively. That's the only way to acquire the horn outside of using console commands.

ah shame I missed it into my minstrel save due to not expecting it there and couldn't find it in my arcanist save, well! at least I didn't save over arcanist so I can get it now, thanks!

For my own edification, is there a guide on proper syntax for those? Because I certainly don't have a good save close to that dungeon.

If you missed it on your playthough, you can put ” pc.createKeyItem(KEYITEMS.HornOfTides) ” into the console to get it. Pass to the next day and you should get the quest for blowing it.

Fortunately, an update has now made this topic mostly obsolete.
