Tam-Wolf repair.

Just an idle suggestion I thought of. Why isn't there a way to repair a broken Tam-Wolf? So I came up with an idea, let non-tech-specialists pay Anno to repar it for them. To keep it fair on Tech-Specialists will instead start brainstorming with Anno and get an upgraded Tam-Wolf. On this front I thought a straight damage boost plus a choice of say bonus shock damage, a second weaker attack or a chance to pin an enemy for a turn.

I think it was supposed to be tied to an event which is yet to be implemented

Is there any difference for techs with and without drone perk?

Yes, they get a broken Tamwolf at first.

And think the closest I could say to my desire would be a BaCUE or LaGOWE from Gundam SEED maybe mixed with something like the Genosaurus/Breaker from ZOIDS

I think its implied it would be perk checked, unless otherwise stated.
