Well while it might differ depending on who is the mother, at least when it comes to Cap'n Steele its based on whatever the other parents normal gestation time is. So if it takes an Ausur 24 weeks normally, then regardless of whether the PC is the mother or father that's how long it will take. Thankfully if the PC is the mother they can shorten that time with certain perks, but its universally dependent on the other parent due to the PC being a gestalt blob of possibilities.
