Swapping weapons mid combat

So, when will this be possible again? On the current public patch it's not possible. Afaik it's been idsabled since the Java port. Will it even come back? If not, the smuggler perk quickdraw is 100% useless.

It was possible to switch weapons for a while. Adding the 'Interact' button broke it, for whatever reason.
It will be fixed whenever the Devs notice it. Unfortunately, they've been sporadic about visiting the forums lately. I get the feeling some bugs are above DrunkZombie and lowercase_donkey's paygrade.
